Polly is a 420 hour certified yoga teacher- trained in Hatha yoga and Kundalini Yoga (KRI, Kundalini Research Institute certified)

Types of Yoga Offered

Kundalini Yoga: Kundalini is known as the “yoga of awareness.” It awakens your higher self.  Kundalini is an ancient form of yoga and one of the more spiritual practices.  It utilizes breath work, movement, chanting, and meditation.  It is a nicely paced, comprehensive practice, making it accessible to a wide audience.

Restorative Yoga: Restorative yoga is just as it sounds, it is a practice to restore your body to health and ease.  It uses bolsters and props to support your body in a particular pose for three to ten minutes.  This allows your body to relax into a pose releasing muscles, ligaments and joints.  Anyone can practice Restorative yoga in any state of health and mobility.

Yoga Nidra: Nidra is a Sanskrit term meaning “sleep”.  Yoga Nidra puts one in hypnogogic state (a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping) using guided meditation. In this state the body mind and spirit are easily integrated and can deeply heal. Anyone can practice Yoga Nidra in any state of health or mobility.
